Sneek – Good news for entrepreneurs in Sneek. The construction of DELTA Netwerk’s fiber optic network is progressing well. On Thursday, October 12, the first business connection was realized by contractor Selecta Infratechniek in the presence of those involved and DELTA Netwerk.

“We expect all connections to be placed by the end of this year”

Anthony Sevil, Selecta Infratechniek: “Before the connection is placed, an appointment is made with the company. We then bring the cable inside at the desired location and connect it to the fiber optic box. The cable runs to the central distribution point (the PoP). We expect that by the end of this year all the connections will be in place and there will be power on this. Shortly after that, customers’ services will be activated.”
